The RHA does reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
The Robstown Housing Authority hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation.

Remove indicated doors, change swings as indicated.
2.
Remove existing walks, install accessible walkways as indicated.
3.
Install curbs, ramps, and accessible parking.
